foster an animal
A special class of volunteers are our foster parents. They take on a needy dog or cat and give it the food, attention and love it deserves in a nurturing, home environment. Many of our volunteers have come from Austin. With the "Town Lake Doggy Depot", food drives at Whole Foods and support from Barnes and Noble and Bookpeople during the holiday season, we need more Austin volunteers to continue our outreach efforts.
